The handles are short, and I can't attach the strap because it sits right at neck level. I tried to explain that it is very uncomfortable for me, and I even offered to exchange it for another backpack—even at a financial loss—but they refused due to their return policies. Ultimately, I’ve lost the money"

Das Rauslassen der Luft geht nur mit Aufziehen des Verschlusses, mit der Pumpe (andere Seite) tut sich nichts! Optik, Design und auch Verarbeitung sind allerdings wirklich toll!"

Gli spallacci sono abbastanza comodi, ma bisogna sempre tener presente che portarselo sulle spalle tutto il giorno è abbastanza fastidioso e il peso si fa sentire. Comodo anche per essere utilizzato come zaino normale, ben fatto e capiente, ma anche in questo caso bisogna considerare il peso dello zaino a vuoto che non è indifferente. "I really like the backpack; it is very practical and easy to pack. The only issue I have with it is that the valve does not hold the vacuum properly, so I cannot compress my clothes effectively. The valve has been continuously leaking since the very first use. I contacted customer service about the issue, but unfortunately nothing was done. They only suggested that I rearrange the clothes inside the backpack. I followed their advice and even tried packing fewer clothes, but unfortunately the problem remains exactly the same. It seems that the valve itself is faulty, and I don't know what else I can do about it. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. I really like the backpack otherwise, but without a properly functioning vacuum valve, I cannot use one of its main features. I am not sure what the solution could be in this situation."

For the price, I do not think this is worth it, especially for women."
